Визначаються можливі засоби підвищення ефективності здійснення контролю за належним виконанням такими органами функцій технічного регулювання. The article raises the problem of increasing the effectiveness of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the implementation of the functions of technical regulation. Some proposals are being developed regarding the introduction of some means of improving the management system of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in relation to the implementation of the respective functions.
