Зокрема, автором запропоновано приблизний варіант структури та найбільш загальних і важливих положень Концепції ефективності норм адміністративного права. Уточнено, що автором запропоновано лише один із варіантів моделі структури такої Концепції. Наголошено на тому, що автор намагався створити певну теоретичну платформу для вироблення ідей, узагальнення, систематизації та уніфікації наукових поглядів, що можуть слугувати основою для подальшої плідної роботи інших вчених. In the article, the author defines the conceptual basis for improving the efficiency of administrative law norms. In particular, the author proposed an approximate version of the structure and the most common and important provisions of the Concept of the effectiveness of administrative law norms. Clarified that the author proposed only one of the options for the model structure of such a concept.
