Без якісної інвентаризації земель сільськогосподарського призначення дозвіл на продаж землі в Україні призведе до виникнення корупційних схем. Для дійсного та ефективного функціонування ринку землі, крім інших складників, необхідно функціонування належної інфраструктури та системи державного контролю, коли Державний земельний (іпотечний) банк або інша спеціалізована державна установа займає важливе місце і виконує функції регу- лятора ринку та розпорядника земельних ділянок держави. For the valid and effective functioning of the land market, except for other constituents, the functioning of the proper infrastructure and system of government control are necessary, where the State Land (Mortgage) Bank or other specialized state institution takes an important place and executes the functions of regulator of market and manager of state land. In 2012 in Ukraine public joint-stock partnership “The State Land Bank” was created and formed, due to the money of the state budget, chartered capital of the bank was 120 million hryvnyas.
