З’ясовано специфіку реалізації кар’єри та бар’єри кар’єрного просування жінокполіцейських в Україні.In the article, professional self-realization is considered as one of the important factors in the formation of the personality of female police officers. The author analyzes the meaning of the concepts of "professional self-realization", "the formation of personality"; distinguishes indicators, conditions, determinants, levels, mechanisms, methods, means, strategies, criteria of professional self-realization in modern conditions; examines the influence of society on self-realization, individual psychological peculiarities of the cognitive and motivational spheres of the individual.
