Наголошується, що Україна продовжує залишатися в списку «країн-донорів» робочої сили щодо розвинених країн, а потоки міжнародних трудових мігрантів із нашої держави впродовж останніх років свідчать про серйозні загрози та можливі тяжкі наслідки демографічного і соціально-економічного характеру. The article analyzes complex programs, programs of strategic socio-economic development, which are established and implemented in the field of state goals and objectives, as the main directions of state (legal) policy in employment, their impact and importance for creating an attractive labor market and preventing departure migrant workers. Ukraine has entered a new economic crisis, the further deepening of which will inevitably lead to a wave of instability in the social and labor sphere, will lead to increased tensions in the labor market, and ultimately – to rising unemployment.
