Метою статті є здійснення якісного та кількісного аналізу стану та динаміки юридичних дисертацій з правових проблем безпеки в юридичній науці та окремих юридичних наукових дисциплінах у співвідношенні з відповідними нормативно визначеними напрямами предметних досліджень. The article is devoted to qualitative and quantitative analysis of the problems of scientific research of legal security issues, in particular, the distinction and systematization of the subject field of the dissertation researches carried out in Ukraine on various legal sciences, its comparison with the passports of specialties (2008) and an exemplary list and description of the subject areas of research within specialty 081 “right” (2018).
