Об’єктом наукового аналізу в межах роботи виступало питання забезпечення можливості залучення агровиробниками додаткового фінансування під час дотримання розумного балансу прав та інтересів учасників відповідних правовідносин, актуальність якого підкреслено загальносвітовими викликами у період пандемії та, як наслідок, падіння економічних показників в окремих регіонах та у світі. The article is devoted to the study of the essence and problematic aspects of the legal institution created to ensure the fulfillment of the obligations of the agricultural producer to the creditor in order to attract the additional financing.
