В статті описуються об’єкт, суб’єкт, об’єктивні, суб’єктивні сторони складу кримінального правопорушення та аналізуються конкретні кримінальні правопорушення на основі яких можна зробити висновки з проблемних питань. У науковій роботі зазначаються конкретні дослідження на конкретних прикладах, аналізуються військові насильницькі кримінальні правопорушення з формальним та матеріальним складом кримінального правопорушення., обов’язкові та факультативні ознаки для кваліфікації діяння як кримінального правопорушення. The article is devoted to the study of the nature of the causes and conditions of the signs of military violent criminal offenses in general and on the example of individual criminal law norms at the current stage of the development of domestic law enforcement practice, to find out the ratio of objective and subjective signs, to analyze the composition of a military violent criminal offense. The article describes the object, subject, objective and subjective aspects of the composition of a criminal offense and analyzes specific criminal offenses on the basis of which conclusions can be drawn on problematic issues. In the scientific work, specific studies on specific examples are noted, military violent criminal offenses with the formal and material composition of the criminal offense are analyzed, mandatory and optional features for the qualification of the act as a criminal offense.uk-UAArticle
