Позначено причини виникнення ризиків у посередницькій діяльності та можливі способи зниження ризиків посередницького підприємства, серед яких виокремлено: попередження, диверсифікація, страхування, резервування тощо. Виділено основні методи та принципи управління ризиками посередницького підприємства. Відзначено, що результати даного дослідження можуть бути корисні підприємствам, які зацікавленні у підвищенні ефективності здійснення посередницької діяльності. At the present stage of the functioning of market relations is an urgent problem of the emergence of unforeseen risks that impede the effective operation of the enterprise, which carries out its activities in the field of intermediary services. Therefore, it is advisable to characterize the methods and principles of effective risk management in the intermediary activity, in order to identify and prevent the development of unforeseen situations in the enterprise in a timely manner.
