Уточнено ієрархію принципів, на яких ґрунтується взаємодія слідчого й оперативного працівника органів внутрішніх справ під час розкриття й розслідування злочинів. З’ясовано співвідношення принципів і передумов взаємодії. Установлено, що ефективність взаємодії слідчого й оперативного працівника органів внутрішніх справ під час розкриття й розслідування злочинів значно вища, коли така взаємодія побудована на визначених принципах, сформованих з урахуванням її передумов. Це допоможе виключити дублювання дій, а також більш чітко розподілити функціональні обов’язки з метою виконання спільних завдань, використовуючи сильні сторони кожної взаємодіючої сторони. Визначено, що одним із перспективних напрямів подальших розвідок є аналіз основних форм взаємодії слідчого й оперативного працівника органів внутрішніх справ під час розкриття й розслідування злочинів. The principles of interaction between the investigator and operational law enforcement officers with the detection and investigation of crimes are researched. The hierarchy of the principles on which the interaction of the investigator and operational law enforcement officers with the detection and investigation of crimes are verified. The relationship between the principles and prerequisites of interaction are explained. The efficiency of interaction between the investigator and operational law enforcement officers with the detection and investigation of crimes, would be much higher if such cooperation will be built on certain principles, formed with the preconditions of such interaction.
