У результаті проведеного аналізу структурних елементів обстановки вчинення екологічних злочинів, з урахуванням їх впливу на спосіб і механізм злочину та ефективність їх використання в розкритті й розслідуванні, визначено структуру обстановки незаконного видобування вугілля. Розглянуто зміст кожного із запропонованих елементів та їх роль в організації розслідування даного різновиду злочину. This article is devoted to the study of the problem questions of forming concepts and structure of the conditions as an element of criminalist cal characteristics of ecological crimes. Based on the analysis of structural elements conditions ecological crime, taking into account their impact on the method and mechanism of the crime and the effectiveness of their use in the detection and investigation, determined the structure of the conditions of illegal coal mining.
