Наголошено на важливості створення ефективного механізму реалізації соціальних гарантій, а не виключно на їх законодавчому та нормативно-правовому закріпленню, а тому вчений вважає, що проблеми варто аналізувати дещо глибше, охоплюючи всі сфери суспільного життя, які пов’язані з соціальним захистом та дотриманням соціальних гарантій нотаріусів. The article examines and outlines the problems that stand in the way of effective implementation of social guarantees for notaries in Ukraine.
