Під час дослідження застосовано методи узагальнення науково-практичної інформації, праць вітчизняних та закордонних науковців, вивчено джерела статистичної інформації, дані оперативного обліку підприємства. Проведене дослідження підтвердило, що у підвищенні конкуpентоcпpоможноcті підприємства роль логістики, як функціонального управління, виключно актуальна. Логістична стратегія знаходить усе більш широке використання як ефективний інструмент зниження витрат виробництва, обігу, досягнення зростання товарообігу і прибутковості, що забезпечує підприємству значні конкурентні переваги.
