In recent years, the organizational and economic support of managing international supply chains, in a time of competitive pressure and changing economic climate, has forced many countries and executives of international companies to reevaluate their work and capabilities. Because of this, they have a need to direct their supply chain in search of new, more profitable and economical ways in the context of globalization. Firms' resources and capabilities play an important role in border logistics supply decisions. The further development of world trade and the desire of many countries to accelerate the pace of integration into the global trading system will depend not only on maintaining an open global economic system, but also on enhancing the number and effectiveness of support structures such as managing the economic and organizational support of logistics chains.
