Незважаючи на розмаїття учасників ринків фінансових послуг, істотні відмінності щодо організації та діяльності таких учасників, функції щодо регулювання сфери ринків фінансових послуг все частіше закріплюються за єдиним суб’єктом регулювання. Визначено основні фактори, які слугували передумовою для консолідації регуляторних функцій у повноваженнях мегарегуляторів у зазначеній сфері економіки. The author considers the tendencied of spread of special subjects of state regulation in the sphere of financial services markets – megaregulators in this article. Despite the diversification of financial market participants, significant differences in the organization ,and activities of such participants, the pooling of powers to enforce regulatory functions in the financial services market are more and more often transferred to a single entity.
