Abstract
У статті розкрито поняття народного вето й установлено його види в контексті сучасних конституційно-правових трансформацій. Запропоновано розуміти під народним вето право громадян відхиляти у визначений конституцією чи законом строк і за умови збору встановленої для цього кількості підписів виборців прийняті представницьким органом публічної влади нормативно-правові акти шляхом голосування із цього питання на референдумі. The article deals with the concept of the people’s veto and found his views in the context of modern constitutional and legal transformations. A veto understood by the people’s right of citizens to reject a constitutional or statutory period and subject to the collection set for the number of signatures received representative body of public authority regulations by voting on the issue in a referendum.
