dc.description.abstractЗапропоновано осмислення теоретичного внеску маловідомих українських правників, які підготували ґрунт для становлення й розвитку української філософсько-правової науки кінця ХІХ – початку ХХ ст. у Галичині. Здійснено аналіз періоду створення громад, гуртків, правничих видань, що об’єднували громадян, підвищували їх загальноосвітній рівень і формували правову свідомість. The article deals with understanding of the theoretical contribution of the little-known Ukrainian lawyers who prepared the ground for the emergence and development of Ukrainian philosophical jurisprudence of the late XIX – early XX centuries in Galicia. It is about creating community groups, law books that united citizens, increased their educational level and formed legal consciousness. The history of national and cultural revival in Galicia is closely linked with the history of law, which was represented by works and life of scientists- intellectuals, practicing lawyers, notaries and judges during the 1848–1939 centuries.uk_UA
