Abstract
Мета статті – проаналізувати філософсько-правові складові забезпечення в Україні права громадянина на інформацію. Насамперед необхідно дослідити принципи вітчизняного законодавства, яке регулює правові підстави одержання, використання, поширення та зберігання інформації. У період становлення українського інформаційного суспільства філософсько-правове осмислення сутності права особистості на інформацію залишилося поза увагою науковців.The purpose of the article is the analysis of philosophic and legal components of the process of enforcement of the natural right of citizen for information in Ukraine. The special attention should be paid to research of principles of national legislation, regulating legal framework of obtainment, distribution and storage of information. In early years of Ukrainian informational society philosophic and legal comprehension of the nature of individual’s right for information happened to be out of scientists’ attention zone to a certain extent.
