Abstract
У статті розглянуті історичні аспекти нормативно-правового закріплення гарантування діяльності органів фінансового контролю у різні періоди української державності. На основі дослідження відповідних нормативно-правових актів проаналізовано розвиток обсягу таких гарантій та виділено особливості їх правової регламентації. In the articles considered historical aspects normatively legal fixing of guaranteeing of activity of organs of financial control in different sentinel periods of the Ukrainian state system. On the basis of research of the proper normatively legal acts development of volume of such guarantees is analysed and features are selected them legal regulation.
