| dc.description.abstract | У статті проаналізовано міжнародні нормативно-правові акти, які закріплюють принципи гендерної рівності. Розглянуто приписи Європейської конвенція з прав людини 1950 р., яка закріпила принцип недискримінації за будь-якою ознакою, включаючи стать. Простежено за нормами Європейської соціальної хартії 1961 р., яка гарантувала забезпечення прав у сферах охорони здоров’я, освіти, зайнятості, правового та соціального захисту, які повинні реалізовуватися без дискримінації за будь-якою ознакою, в тому числі статі. Розглянуто принципи гендерної рівності, не дискримінації за ознакою статті, які зафіксовані в Конвенції ради Європи про заходи щодо протидії торгівлі людьми 2005 р. Проаналізовано її спрямованість на запобігання та боротьбу з торгівлею жінками, чоловіками та дітьми з метою сексуальної, трудової та інших видів експлуатації, а також на захист жертв і переслідування торговців людьми. The article analyzes international legal acts that establish the principles of gender equality. The prescriptions of the European Convention on Human Rights of 1950, which enshrined the principle of non-discrimination on any basis, including gender, are considered. The analyzes the norms of the European Social Charter of 1961, which guaranteed the provision of rights in the areas of health care, education, employment, legal and social protection, which should be implemented without discrimination on any grounds, including gender. The analyzes principles of gender equality, non-discrimination based on the article, which are recorded in the Convention of the Council of Europe on measures to combat trafficking in persons of 2005, which is aimed at preventing and combating trafficking in women, men and children for the purpose of sexual, labor and other types of exploitation, are considered , as well as for the protection of victims and prosecution of human traffickers. | |
