dc.description.abstractУ дисертації здійснено комплексне дослідження теоретичних засад і практичних проблем реалізації кримінальних процесуальних норм, що регламентують процесуальні строки на стадії досудового розслідування. Запропоновано систему процесуальних строків у досудовому провадженні розглядати як таку, що охоплює: процесуальні строки як гарантії прав, свобод учасників кримінального провадження та виконання ними своїх обов’язків; процесуальні строки як гарантії забезпечення швидкого, своєчасного, оперативного і водночас повного та об’єктивного досудового розслідування. In the dissertation, a comprehensive study of the theoretical foundations and practical problems of the implementation of criminal procedural norms, which regulate procedural terms at the stage of pretrial investigation, was carried out. It is proposed to consider the system of procedural terms in pretrial proceedings as covering: procedural terms as a guarantee of the rights and freedoms of the participants in criminal proceedings and their performance of their duties; procedural terms as a guarantee of ensuring a fast, timely, operative and at the same time complete and objective pretrial investigation.
