Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню ознак принципів права у внутрішньодержавному й міжнародному аспектах. Указується на необхідність вироблення загального розуміння поняття «принципи права». Акцентується увага на нормативності принципів права. The article is devoted to research the features of the principles of law in both domestic and international aspects. The necessity to work out general view of the notion “principles of law” is pointed out. The attention is paid to the normative nature of the principles of law.
