Abstract
Інститут сім'ї є предметом дослідження багатьох наук, і вивчення сімейних відносин із погляду на право не є винятком. Сімейні правовідносини в Україні є досить динамічними. Постійно виникають нові питання і проблеми майнових та немайнових відносин подружжя, які потребують нормативного регулювання. У сучасних умовах все більш актуальним стає шлюбний договір, який використовується для вирішення низки особистих майнових відносин між особами, які перебувають у шлюбі. Це поняття закріплено в українському законодавстві та надає подружжю право закріплювати свої особисті права, перебуваючи у шлюбних відносинах. Необхідною умовою розвитку сімейно-шлюбних відносин в Україні є досконалість її законодавства. The institution of the family is the subject of research in many sciences, and the study of family relations from the point of view of law is no exception. Family legal relations in Ukraine are quite dynamic. New issues and problems of property and non-property relations of spouses constantly arise, which need normative regulation. In modern conditions, the marriage contract, which is used to resolve a number of personal property relations between persons who are married, is becoming increasingly important. This concept has been enshrined in Ukrainian law and gives spouses the right to assert their personal rights while in a marital relationship. A necessary condition for the development of marital and family relations in Ukraine is the perfection of its legislation.
