Abstract
У статті розглядається система фінансового контролю за небанківськими фінансовими установами розвинених зарубіжних країн і вказується, що вона загалом однотипна, оскільки запроваджуються майже ідентичні принципи здійснення такого контролю та завдання, що стоять перед контролюючими органами. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що у розвинених країнах велике значення належить спеціалізованим органам фінансового контролю, до яких слід віднести: контрольно-рахункові органи або відомство головного ревізора-аудитора, податкове відомство, недержавні служби контролю та служби внутрішнього контролю, які мають певні функції та завдання. Автор аналізує відпо- відне законодавство про органи фінансового контролю у недержавному секторі фінансової безпеки низки зарубіжних країн (Австралії, Великобританії, Німеччини, США, Туреччини, Франції, Швеції). The article considers the system of financial control over non-bank financial institutions of developed foreign countries and indicates that it is generally the same type, as almost identical principles of such control and the tasks facing regulatory authorities. Emphasis is placed on the fact that in developed countries great importance belongs to specialized financial control bodies, which should include: control and accounting bodies or the Office of the Auditor General, the tax office, non-governmental control services and internal control services, which have certain functions and tasks. The author analyzes the relevant legislation on financial control bodies in the private financial security sectors of a number of foreign countries (Australia, Great Britain, Germany, USA, Turkey, France, Sweden).
