| dc.description.abstract | Метою статті є всебічне з’ясування змісту явища дигіталізації в контексті державної влади. Визначено, що поняття дигіталізації має міждисциплінарний характер та порівняно нетривалу історію застосування. Перейшовши до юриспруденції зі сфери економічної науки, воно набуло неоднозначного тлумачення в галузевих юридичних науках, а також в економіці, соціології, політології та в науці державного управління. Дигіталізація позначає заснований на можливостях сучасної ІТ-індустрії процес застосування суб’єктами суспільної діяльності інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій для досягнення мети такої діяльності, спрямований на зміну наявних суспільних відносин шляхом їх дигітизації. The purpose of the article is to clarify the legal content of the phenomenon of digitalization, the relationship of the concept of digitalization with the concepts of digital transformation, as well as outlining the essence of digitalization of state power and the main features of this process. It is determined that the concept of digitalization has an interdisciplinary nature and a relatively short history of application. Having moved to jurisprudence in the field of economics, it has acquired ambiguous interpretation in the branch of legal sciences, as well as in economics, sociology, political science and the science of public administration. | |
