| dc.description.abstract | У статті вивчається питання мовної освіти та формування мовної компетентності юриста / правника. Наголошується, що надзвичайно гостро проблема мовної професіоналізації стосується тих, хто безпосередньо має справу з проявами протиправності, комунікує зі злочинцями, перебуває в епіцентрі протиправного негативу і намагається відновити правовий баланс у суспільстві. Тому їхня професійна мовленнєва поведінка потребує особливих методик формування, постійного мотиваційного підкріплення та неабияких психологічних зусиль. Авторки обґрунтовують доцільність введення у зміст мовознавчих дисциплін для правників вивчення філософсько-правового (аксіології, семіотики та герменевтики) і психолого-лінгвістичного підґрунтя мови (зокрема вербального біхевіоризму), мови професійного спрямування з проєкцією на правову комунікативну взаємодію із суб’єктами правовідносин. The article examines the issues of language education and the formation of language competence of a lawyer / law enforcement officer. It is emphasized that the problem of language professionalization is extremely acute for those who directly deal with the manifestations of illegality, communicate with criminals, are at the epicentre of illegal negativity and are trying to restore the legal balance in society. Therefore, their professional speech behaviour requires special methods of formation, constant motivational reinforcement and considerable psychological efforts. The authors substantiate the expediency of introducing into the content of linguistic disciplines for lawyers the study of philosophical and legal (axiology, semiotics and hermeneutics) and psychological and linguistic basis of the language (in particular verbal behaviourism), a professional language with a projection on the legal communicative interaction with the subjects of legal relations. | |
