Abstract
У статті досліджується історія захисту прокурором прав і свобод дітей у різні історичні періоди. Аналізуються нормативно-правові акти, які визначали особливості досліджуваної діяльності прокурора. Пропонується авторська періодизація історії становлення захисту прав і свобод дітей. The article explores the history of the protection of rights and freedoms of children by the prosecutor in different historical periods. Analyzed normative acts that determine the features of the activity of the prosecutor. Is given the author’s classification of the history of the formation of the protection of the rights and freedoms of children.
