dc.description.abstractРозкрито систему поглядів на правовий моніторинг в Україні, спосіб його розуміння та тлумачення. Сформульовано трактування концепції правового моніторингу в Україні. Визначено принципи, цілі, предмет, об’єкти й суб’єкти правового моніторингу в Україні. Revealed a system of views on the legal monitoring in Ukraine, the method of its understanding and interpretation. Formulated the concept of the legal monitoring in Ukraine. Formed the principles, objectives, scope, objects and subjects of legal monitoring in Ukraine. Legal monitoring is a form of legal technologies. Consideration of this phenomenon from this point of view allows to bring together empirical and logical in research of this kind, cover and connect the dots not only methods of study of legislation and law enforcement, but also organizational, administrative units, institutional, functional and instrumental components of its nature and content. Identification of the legal monitoring is a consequence of sustained study of the phenomenon, which had not previously undergone special research in the aspect of legal techniques and technologies, the identification of new parties to the monitoring, which, although recorded in the earlier studies, but was considered as elements of the methodology of the legal monitoring.uk_UA
