Abstract
Проаналізовано профільні закони, на основі яких здійснюється електронна комерція в Україні. Згруповано окремі невідповідності досліджуваних законодавчих актів то запропоновано напрями вирішення зазначених проблем.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the profile tows, on the basis of which the electronic commerce in Ukraine is realized. The author classified some discrepancy of these acts of iaw and offered the ways of solution these problems.
