| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблеми булінгу – відносно нового, щодо кваліфікації та відповідальності, різновиду правопорушення. Зміст булінг-поведінки полягає в колективному чи індивідуальному знущанні і цькуванні однієї чи декількох осіб, що відрізняються від агресорів за віковими, релігійними, статусними, гендерними, габітарними та іншими ознаками. Булінг та його різновиди – мобінг, хейзінг, кібербулінг, становлять суттєву суспільну небезпеку, оскільки не лише порушують законні права та інтереси людини, але й призводять до шкідливих наслідків для психічного здоров’я жертв. Анкетне опитування 180 осіб, з числа вчителів, батьків та учнів 5 – 9 класів закладів середньої загальної освіти дозволило встановити актуальність протидії цьому феномену (78% усіх опитаних). Визначено структуру форм здійснення булінг-поведінки: фізичну травматизацію (97%), образи і приниження (88%), сексуальні домагання (контактні і словесні – 68%), навмисне псування майна, продуктів харчування (64%), вербальна стигматизація та образливі прізвиська (48%). Виявлено диференціацію оцінки окремими категоріями опитаних небезпечності булінгу у вигляді образ, фізичних ушкоджень та принижень на сексуальному ґрунті. Окреслено перспективи правового та психотерапевтичного реагування на прояви булінгу та його превенцію.The article is devoted to researching the problem of bullying, a relatively new one, regarding qualification and responsibility, a type of offense. The meaning of bullying-behavior is collective or individual mockery and harassment of one or several people who differ from aggressors by age, religion, status, gender, dimensional and other signs. Bullying and its varieties – mobing, huizing, cyberbulling, constitute a significant public danger, since they not only violate the legal rights and interests of a person, but also lead to harmful consequences for the mental health of victims. The danger of bullying is, firstly, in its familiarity in almost all educational institutions and youth groups; secondly, that he is the cause of various forms of violent unlawful behavior; thirdly, in the absence of effective mechanisms of legal regulation of responsibility for bullying-behavior as a form of group violent encroachment on the life and health of a person; finally, on certain grounds, bullying is a type of addiction. A questionnaire survey of 180 people from among the students, parents and pupils of grades 5–9 of institutions of secondary education made it possible to establish the relevance of counteracting this phenomenon (78% of all respondents). The structure of forms of implementing bullying-behavior was determined: physical traumatization (97%), insults and humiliation (88%), sexual assault (contact and verbal - 68%), willful damage to property, goods (64%), verbal stigma and offensive nicknames (48%). The differentiation of assessment by separate categories of respondents of the danger of bullying in the form of insults, physical injuries and humiliations on sexual grounds was revealed. For explaining the reasons of school bullying, it is necessary to take into account the objective psychological patterns that consist of group identification, stratification and primary corporate nature – phenomena, inherent in children of middle and senior school age at the stage of forming the primary experience of social interaction. However, taking into account the harm of psychological trauma to the individual from group harassment, school bullying and mobbing require the use of science-based measures from parents and teachers, qualified psychologists and lawyers. The perspectives of legal and psychotherapeutic response to manifestations of bullying and its prevention are outlined. | uk_UA |
