Abstract
У статті розкрито методологію компаративного аналізу демократії участі на рівні місцевого самоврядування. Вказується, що компаративний аналіз дає змогу вивчити демократію участі на рівні місцевого самоврядування шляхом порівняння, зіставлення та синтезу отриманого наукового, нормативно-правового й емпіричного матеріалу різних країн. Констатовано, що вкрай важливим у проведенні компаративного аналізу є вирішення методологічного питання про коло країн, на підставі аналізу досвіду яких буде проведено дослідження конституційно-правових засад демократії участі на рівні місцевого самоврядування. The article describes the methodology of comparative analysis of participation democracy at the level of local self-government. It is pointed out that comparative analysis enables to study democracy participation at the level of local self-government by comparing, comparing and synthesizing the received scientific, normative and empirical material of different countries. It is stated that it is extremely important for a comparative analysis to solve a methodological issue about the circle of countries, based on the analysis of experience of studying the constitutional and legal principles of democracy participation at the level of local self-government.
