Abstract
У статті розглянуто зберігання речей, що є предметом спору, як правовий засіб забезпечення цивільних прав і законних інтересів учасників майнових правовідносин. Визначено історичні витоки цього виду зберігання, його місце в системі забезпечувальних правових засобів. Storage of things that are objects of legal dispute is considered in the article as a legal mean of providing rights and legitimate interests of persons in property relationships. Historical origins of such kind of storage as well as its place in system of legal security means are determined.
