Abstract
У статті розкрито сутність реструктуризації як інструмента антикризового управління підприємством. Представлене організаційно-економічне забезпечення проведення реструктуризації багатопрофільного підприємства. Запропоновано використання показника корпоративності у якості одного з критеріїв доцільності перегрупування бізнес-одиниць. The article describes the essence of restructuring as an instrument of crisis management of the enterprise. The organizational and economic support provided for the restructuring of a diversified enterprise is presented. The use of the indicator of corporativeness as one of the criteria of the expediency of re-grouping of business units is proposed.
