| dc.description.abstract | У статті здійснено правовий аналіз індикаторів невідповідності суддів (кандидатів на посаду судді) критерію незалежності. Увагу зосереджено на індикаторі «публічне підтримання актів чи дій, які порушують принцип верховенства права, основоположні права людини», невідповідності критерію «Незалежність», закріпленому в Індикаторах визначення невідповідності суддів (кандидатів на посаду судді), критеріям доброчесності та професійної етики. The article analyses the legal indicators of non-compliance of judges (candidates for judges) with the criterion of independence. Attention is focused on the indicator of the criterion “Independence”, established in the Indicators for determining the non-compliance of judges (candidates for judges) with the criteria of integrity and professional ethics – public support of acts or actions that violate the rule of law. | |
