Abstract
У статті проаналізовано основні пам’ятки кримінального права України, від часів Київської Русі. Установлено особливості визначення ознак приховування злочину у кримінально-правових нормах протягом історії розвитку вітчизняного кримінального законодавства. This article analyzes the main monuments of criminal law of Ukraine, from the time of Kievan Rus. Is marked features of determining signs of concealment of crimes in criminal law in the history of the national crimina law.
