Abstract
Актуальність статті полягає в необхідності дослідження проблематики правового регулювання кредитних відносин у мережі Інтернет. Незважаючи на те, що світова практика показує, що це є сучасною цілком законною практикою, в нашій державі до такого способу отримання кредитів досить слабка довіра населення у зв’язку зі сталими стереотипами. Об’єктом дослідження є чинне та перспективне законодавство України щодо необхідності правового регулювання кредитних відносин у мережі Інтернет. Під час написання дослідження були використані такі методи дослідження, як аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція. Метою статті є дослідження правової проблематики здійснення в Україні кредитних відносин у мережі Інтернет. Для досягнення зазначеної мети були поставленні такі завдання дослідження: − аналіз основних положень вітчизняного законодавства щодо кредитних відносин у мережі Інтернет; − аналіз правової природи кредитних відносин у мережі Інтерне. The relevance of the article is the need to research problems of legal regulation implementation of credit relations on the Internet. Although world practice shows that it is a modern and quite legitimate practice, in our country this type of credit is rather weakly trusted by the population due to the constant stereotypes. The subject of the study is the current and promising legislation of Ukraine on the need for legal regulation of credit relations on the Internet. The following research methods were used when writing the study: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, and the other. The purpose of this article is to study the legal issues of credit relations in Ukraine on the Internet. To achieve this goal were set the following research objectives: − analyze the main provisions of the domestic legislation on credit relations on the Internet; − analyze the legal nature of credit relationships on the Internet.
