Abstract
У статті здійснено аналіз мови права та правової комунікації. Визначено, що право, слугуючи владним регулятором суспільних відносин, як і будь-яке інше соціальне явище, не може існувати поза мовою та комунікацією. Мова є єдиним матеріалом, першоелементом, з якого створюються і формуються всі правові категорії. Саме мова права є кодом правової комунікації. The article analyzes the legal language and legal communication. It has been determined that the law serving as the power regulator of social relations, as well as any other social phenomenon, cannot exist beyond language and communication. The language in the law is the only material, the first element, from which all the legal categories are created and formed. And the very legal language is the code of the legal communication.
