| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено висвітленню питань, пов’язаних із конституційними гарантіями державного захисту суддів Конституційного Суду України, працівників суду та правоохоронних органів, їхніх близьких осіб. Визначено, що Конституція України є Основним законом, норми якого регулюються усі найважливіші сфери суспільного життя. Доведено, що саме в Конституції закладено основні засади здійснення державного захисту суддів Кон- ституційного Суду України, працівників суду та правоохоронних органів, їхніх близьких осіб. The article is devoted to the issues related to the constitutional guarantees of state protection of judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, employees of the court and law enforcement agencies, and their relatives. It is determined that the Constitution of Ukraine is the Basic Law, the norms of which regulate all the most important spheres of public life. It is proved that the Constitution lays down the basic principles of state protection of judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, employees of the court and law enforcement agencies, their relatives. | |
