| dc.description.abstract | У статті досліджено поняття «механiзм функцiонування ринку цiнних паперiв». Виділено критерії класифікації ринку цінних паперів. Розглянуто механiзм функцiонування ринку цiнних паперiв, що залежить вiд складових елементiв цього ринку (тобто її структури) i встановлено подiл на сектори. Прослідкована певна економiчна залежнiсть мiж обсягом капiталу, який залучений в обiг, рiвнем його доходностi, мотивами учасникiв ринку, що знаходить вiдображення у формуваннi ринкової цiни на пiдставi попиту та пропозицiї.
