| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено комплексному дослідженню проблем адміністративно-правового регулювання діяльності державної виконавчої служби в Україні. Встановлено та охарактеризовано історичні та соціальні детермінанти державної виконавчої служби в Україні, основні етапи становлення правових засад її діяльності. Охарактеризовано в історичній ретроспективі та визначено особливості вітчизняної моделі державної виконавчої служби в Україні у системі публічної влади. Визначено місце, роль та основні засади примусового виконання рішень у діяльності державної виконавчої служби в Україні. The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the problems of administrative and legal regulation of the state executive service in Ukraine. The historical and social determinants of the state executive service in Ukraine, the main stages of formation of the legal basis of its activity are established and characterized. It is characterized in historical retrospect and the peculiarities of the domestic model of the state executive service in Ukraine in the system of public power are determined. | |
