Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню статусу учасників інвестиційних спорів. Проводиться класифікація суб’єктів спорів на приватних та публічних; індивідуальних і колективних осіб. Досліджено та проаналізовано питання судового імунітету держави з позиції приватно-правової природи інвестиційних спорів. The research deals with the members’ of Investment Disputes status issues. A classification of participants in private and public; individual and collective entities is analyzed. The state judicial immunity issue (problem) is researched and analyzed
from the perspective of private legal nature of investment disputes.
