Abstract
У дисертації сформовано теоретичні положення та практичні рекомендації
щодо проведення тактичних операцій під час розслідування прийняття
пропозиції, обіцянки або одержання неправомірної вигоди службовою особою.
Аргументовано, що тактичні операції під час розслідування прийняття
пропозиції, обіцянки або одержання неправомірної вигоди службовою особою
не були предметом окремого наукового дослідження.
The thesis is formulated theoretical provisions and practical recommendations
for conducting tactical operations during the investigation of acceptance of an
offer/promise of improper advantage or receipt there of by an official.
