Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню осмислення феномену довіри в сучасній юридичній науці. Здійснюється систематизація й узагальнення основних напрямів і аспектів дослідження довіри, обґрунтовується необхідність комплексного загальнотеоретичного дослідження довіри до судової влади як важливої складової судової реформи в Україні. The article is devoted to the study of understanding the phenomenon of trust in modern legal science. The systematization and synthesis of the main trends and aspects of the study of trust in the judiciary is carried out, the necessity of an integrated general theoretical study of trust in the judiciary as an important component of judicial reform in Ukraine is substantiated.
