Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню правових підстав застосування механізмів примусового ліцензування «зелених» технологій, а саме обмеженню майнових прав патентовласника на винаходи та/або корисні моделі, які пов’язані зі змінами клімату, екологічною безпекою, здоров’ям населення та становлять суспільний інтерес. The article is devoted to the study of the legal grounds for applying the mechanisms of compulsory licensing of “green” technologies, namely, the restriction of patent holders’ property rights to inventions and/or utility models related to climate change, environmental safety, public health and which may be of public interest.
