| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено проблематиці визначення безпосереднього об’єкта кримінального правопорушення «Проєктування чи експлуатація споруд без систем захисту довкілля». Надано аналіз різноманітних точок зору щодо змісту родового об’єкта кримінальних правопорушень проти довкілля, зосереджено увагу на безпосередньому об’єкті ст. 253 КК України. На основі концепції суспільних відносин як об’єктів злочинів наведено оцінку сут- ності окремих пропозицій щодо визначення безпосереднього об’єкта ст. 253 КК України. The article is devoted to the problem of determining the direct object of a criminal offense “Design or operation of buildings without environmental protection systems”. An analysis of various points of view on the content of the generic object of criminal offenses against the environment, and focuses on the direct object of Article 253 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Based on the concept of public relations as objects of crime, an assessment of the essence of individual proposals to determine the direct object of Article 253 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. | |
