Abstract
У статті розглядаються деякі аспекти соціально-демографічних характеристик кримінологічних характеристик особи, яка вчинила бандитизм в Україні. Визначено конкретні групи винних у бандитизмі за статтю, віком, рівнем освіти, соціальним статусом, місцем проживання тощо. Знаки були ідентифіковані та дали змогу лягти в основу кримінологічного портрета винного в бандитизмі для застосування проти них запобіжних заходів. The article considers some aspects of socio-demographic characteristics of criminological characteristics of a person committing banditry in Ukraine. Specific groups of perpetrators of banditry have been identified by sex, age, level of education, social status, place of residence and the like. The signs were identified and made it possible to form the basis of a criminological portrait of the perpetrator of banditry for the application of preventive measures against them.
