Abstract
У статті розглянуто і проаналізовано норми цивільного законодавства, у яких знаходить своє відображення та правове регулювання заповіт, укладений подружжям. Наведено приклади застосування цих норм на практиці й проблеми, які із цього випливають. Зазначено, що це законодавство потребує вдосконалення з метою належного захисту волевиявлення кожного з подружжя й запобігання небажаним наслідкам цього правочину в майбутньому для кожного з них. The article discusses and analyzes the rules of civil law, which is reflected and regulation will, signed spouses. Examples of application of these rules in practice and problems arising there from. It is noted that this legislation needs to be improved for the proper protection of the will of each spouse and prevent unwanted effects of this transaction in the future for each of them.
