Abstract
У статті проаналізовано питання щодо удосконалення адміністративно- правового регулювання взаємодії поліції з населенням на засадах партнерства. Обґрунтовується, що для ефективного виконання завдань, які покладені на поліцію, Національна поліція України вступає у взаємодію з іншими державними органами, органами місцевого самоврядування, юридичними та фізичними особами. У своїй діяльності поліція може вдаватися до застосування методів координації, що використовуються з метою узгодження забезпечувальних дій з іншими правоохоронними органами, а також між різними структурними підрозділами Національної поліції. Таким чином, взаємодія та координація є необхідною та важливою частиною роботи Національної поліції, в т. ч. у сферах забезпечення охорони прав і свобод людини, інтересів суспільства і держави, протидії злочинності, підтримання публічної безпеки і порядку. The article analyzes the issues of improving the administrative and legal regulation of police interaction with the population on the basis of partnership. It is substantiated that in order to effectively accomplish the tasks assigned to the police, the National Police of Ukraine cooperates with other state bodies, local self-government bodies, legal entities and individuals. In their activities, the police may resort to coordination methods used to coordinate interventions with other law enforcement agencies, as well as between the various structural units of the National Police. Thus, interaction and coordination is a necessary and important part of the work of the National Police, including in the areas of protection of human rights and freedoms, interests of society and the state, combating crime, maintaining public security and order.
