Abstract
У статті досліджується правове регулювання конституційного права особи на відшкодування шкоди. Проблема нормативного та індивідуального правового регулювання права особи на відшкодування матеріальної і моральної шкоди досліджувалася вченими загальної теорії держави і права, галузевих та міжгалузевих юридичних наук тощо. Серед дослідників названої проблематики варто виділити таких вчених, як С.О. Баран, С.В. Бобровник, О.В. Грищук, А.М. Колодій, А.Ю. Олійник, П.М. Рабінович, М.І. Хавронюк, А.І. Хальота. The article examines the legal regulation of a person's constitutional right to compensation for harm. The problem of normative legal regulation of a person's right to compensation for material and moral damages was investigated by scientists of general theory of state and law, branch legal sciences, etc. Among the researchers mentioned issues should be distinguished such scientists as S.O. Baran, S.V. Bobrovnik, O.V. Grishchuk, A.M. Kolodiy, A.Yu. Oliynyk, P.M. Rabinovich, M.I. Khavroniuk, A.I. Halot.
