| dc.description.abstract | У статті досліджено повноваження Державної служби України з питань праці щодо нагляду та контролю за оформленням трудових відносин з найманими працівниками. У зв’язку зі збільшенням розмірів чинних штрафів і введенням нових за порушення законодавства про працю візити Держпраці турбують суб’єктів господарювання набагато більше, адже сьогодні розмір фінансової санкції може сягати 372300 грн. за одне порушення. Варто визнати, що така ситуація змушує підприємців замислюватися й над приведенням своєї діяльності у відповідність до законодавства про працю, і над превентивними заходами, звісно ж, над можливістю недопущення перевірки або оскарження її результатів. The article explores the powers of the State Labor Service of Ukraine to supervise and control the registration of employment relations with employees. Due to the increase of the existing penalties and introduction of new ones for violation of the labor legislation, the visits of the State Labor Party are worrying the economic entities much more, because today the amount of the financial sanction can reach UAH 372300 for one violation. Admittedly, this situation causes entrepreneurs to think about aligning their activities with labor law and preventive measures, and, of course, about the possibility of preventing the inspection or contesting of its results. | |
